Ingredients:

  • Baby Potatoes -1/4 kg
  • Methi leaves – 1 cup
  • Mutter (Green Peas) : 1 Cup
  • Chilly powder -1/4 tbsp
  • Amchoor powder-1/4 tbsp
  • Oil-1tbsp
  • Urad Dhal, Mustard seed, Cumin seeds -1/4 tbsp each

Method:

  • Peel baby potatoes and boil them. (Microwave adding water for 12-15 mins or Pressure cook for 3 whistles)
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the seasonings and let them splutter
  • Now add the boiled potatoes and fry 5-7 mins
  • Add Chopped methi leaves and fry until they are half done

  • Add Green Peas and fry until done

  • Finally add salt, chilly powder, amchoor powder mix well and simmer for 2 mins

  • Aloo Mutter Methi is ready to serve with rice or chapathi

Aloo Mutter Methi- A dry Potato curry cooked along with Green Peas and Fenugreek Leaves adding spice powders
Ingredients

Instructions
