Ingredients
  1. Fresh and firm baby corns: 20
  2. Corn Flour: 2.5 tbsp.
  3. Spring Onions: 4-5 sprigs
  4. Capsicum: ½ sliced into strips
  5. Green chillies: 3
  6. Gralic: 2-3 pods chopped
  7. Ginger: ½ inch finely chopped
  8. Vinegar: 1 spoon
  9. Soy Sauce: 1 spoon
  10. Pepper Powder: ½ spoon
  11. Salt: To taste
  12. Oil: To fry
Instructions
  1. Take one spoon of corn flour and add water to make it into a thin batter
  2. Cut Baby corn in the middle and again slice it to 2 inch pieces and immerse them into the prepared corn starch
  3. Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan and once hot add slowly add in the baby corn pieces and deep fry them for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Once they turn golden turn brown, take them out and place them on absorbent paper.
  5. Repeat this process until the entire baby corn is deep fried.
  6. Heat a spoon of oil in a pan and add in the chopped ginger and garlic and fry for 2 minutes
  7. Now add in the sliced green chillies and fry for a minute
  8. Add in the chopped onions and capsicum and cook until they are half done
  9. Now add in the fried baby corn, pepper and salt and mix well
  10. Pour vinegar and soy sauce into the pan and give it a nice stir
  11. Now in a small mixing bowl add in the remaining corn flour along with some water and make into a medium thick batter and pour this into the pan and mix well.
  12. Boil until the entire sauce is absorbed and until dry
  13. Take out in a serving bowl and garnish with spring onion greens and serve along with Fried Rice.

Step by step preparation of Baby Corn Manchurian Dry

Cut Baby corn in the middle and again slice it to 2 inch pieces and immerse them into the prepared corn starch
