Bread Rolls with Pepper Stuffing | How to make Bread Rolls

Peppers Sautéed with Onions and Green Chillies and then topping up with grated cheese.

I seriously had no idea of making these Bread Rolls. But I was always interested in making something or the other different out of bread instead of just settling down with a simple Bread Toast.
Then came the recipe from my friend Fareeha. Her recipe of Easy & Spicy Cheese Bread Roll from Fa’s Kitchen is an inspiration for this. I took the basic idea from her recipe and then tried it out with a different filling and less cheese as it was meant for our breakfast. Right time I had some peppers at home. And hence thought of making a simple filling of Peppers into the Bread Rolls. The only concern is that it consumes heavy amount of oil. But once in a while we can give it up as long as we are able to burn that fat .
I have kept the stuffing very simple for easy preparation. Peppers Sautéed with Onions and Green Chillies and then topping up with grated cheese.
