Cabbage Poriyal – Cabbage Coconut Curry

Cabbage Poriyal – Cabbage Coconut Curry

Cabbage Poriyal

Cabbage curry is one such dish which can be prepared in many variations. Sometimes adding green gram, sometimes grated coconut or sometimes just cabbage all alone. And even the masala version of it. Long-time back I had taken the pics for masala cabbage curry. But they are not good enough to publish. So I have shelved it time beingJ.

Cabbage Poriyal is my favourite for curd rice. Once a cabbage is available I usually make 2-3 varieties of Cabbage poriyal so that it will not be monotonous

The recipe what I am going to share now is coconut based cabbage poriyal with the inclusion of additional masalas.
