Drumstick Pickle

Drumstick Pickle

A sound delicious isn’t it?? Yes the recipe is mouth-watering too. In my schooling days there used be an aunty in my neighbourhood who hails from coastal Andhra Region. She was the one who taught my mother this recipe. She was so passionate about making pickles that she would lead all the ladies in the neighbourhood and go for purchasing all the required items for preparing pickles in summer. It used to be wonderful.

I was so scared to attempt this recipe. But fortunately to my luck it turned out so well in the first attempt J

The drumstick pickle is easy in preparation. Only thing is it takes more time for the drumsticks to marinate. So with holding our tongues to taste this immediately after preparation is the one that is challengingJ.
