Goddu Saaru is a Spiced Rasam prepared without adding dhal. Also can be had as a soup on a rainy day.

Goddu Saaru, Spiced Rasam is a tangy flavoured rasam which is prepared without dhal. I just love this rasam for its taste. It’s so refreshing and relaxing when consumed as a soup when feverish/cough/cold. It’s very simple and easy to prepare. Mix it hot rice with a dollop of ghee and it tastes heavenly. I also mix it in my curd rice as a finishing touch J
