Ingredients
  1. Raw Mango: 1
  2. Chilli Powder: 1.5 tbsp.
  3. Roasted Fenugreek (Methi) Powder : 1 spoo
  4. Turmeric: ¼ spoon
  5. Asafoetida: ¼ spoon
  6. Salt to Taste
  7. For Tempering
  8. Oil: 1 tbsp.
  9. Mustard and Cumin seeds: ½ spoon each
  10. Asafoetida: ¼ spoon
Instructions
  1. Wash the mango, grate it and transfer it into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add salt, asafoetida and turmeric powder and mix well and keep it aside for 5 mins
  3. Add in chilli powder, methi powder and mix well.
  4. Prepare the tempering with the given ingredients and mix it into the chutney.
