Peru Pyala- Sanjeev Kapoors Recipe

Peru Pyala

Well first of all I am not sure under which category should I post this recipe. I brainstormed myself so much that finally I decided to place it under Snacks Menu as I served this in the evening.

To begin with Peru Pyala is Sanjeev Kapoors Recipe. I even forgot that Guava is called “Peru” in Hindi for a while. On a special day we just stepped into Sanjeev Kapoor’s Restaurant “ The Yellow Chilli”. I was just going through the mock tails menu and there I found this Peru Pyala. The description of Peru Pyala fascinated me and forced me to order one for myself. It did not disappoint me. I was so happy for my decision. It was just perfectly made and fantastically served.

Peru Pyala is a perfect Blend of Guava and Lemon Juices which is little spicy J. Fast forward after few days we just happened to buy a Guava Juice tetra pack and this reminded us of Peru Pyala. So I just rushed home and just got into the ring to prepare this. I added the available ingredients at home. You can even add mint leaves if you wish to
